Monthly charge $500.00. Pets? no charge if under 10 lbs. Over 10 lbs is an additional 25.00 a month.

There are full hookups that are included with the price.

Electricity is included up to $100.00. Over $100.00 you are responsible.

Internet can be purchased through local provider (Spectrum)
